How it works
Follow these steps in Customer Care to verify eligibility and apply your discount.

Log in to Customer Care
Sign in to your account to get started.
Step 2
Billing → Discount
Navigate to Billing, then select Discount.
Step 3
Verify eligibility
Complete the eligibility verification process.
Student Verification
For eligible students enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Accepted documents include:
- Student ID
- Class Schedule
- Letter of Enrollment
What to Expect
Fast Verification
Most verifications are completed within minutes. In some cases, additional review may take up to 24–48 hours.
Annual Re-Verification
Discounts require yearly re-verification to remain active. You will be notified when it’s time to re-verify.
Discount is applied
Once your verification is approved.
Plan Changes
Some updates may require assistance.
