• Trade in Requirements:
  • Required:
    • Customers currently on an Appalachian Advantage device financing agreement who are eligible for early trade-in must complete the early trade-in process to upgrade.
  • Optional:
    • Customers not on an existing Appalachian Advantage device financing agreement may choose to trade in an eligible device and receive up to $300 in credit, depending on device model and condition.

  Device Financing:
  Device financing is required and subject to a 36-month device payment agreement.

  Appalachian Advantage Early Trade-In:
  Customers currently on an Appalachian Advantage device financing agreement who meet early trade-in eligibility requirements or choose to pay off their agreement early may upgrade and participate in this promotion.

  However, customers completing an early trade-in under Appalachian Advantage are not eligible for optional device trade-in credits (up to $300).

  Promotional Credits:
  Promotional credits begin after 3 months of on-time payments and are applied over 33 months as part of a 36-month device financing agreement.

  If service is disconnected for nonpayment, any remaining promotional credits will be forfeited.

  If the customer’s plan is changed to a level below the required level, any remaining promotional credits will be forfeited.

  Remaining promotional credits will also be forfeited if the customer:

  • Enters into a new device agreement
  • Completes a device trade-in during the promotional term
