Sign in to your account to get started.
Step 2
Billing → Discount
Navigate to Billing, then select Discount.
Step 3
Verify eligibility
Complete the eligibility verification process.
Who Qualifies
The Military & Veteran Discount is available to:
- Active-duty military members
- Veterans
Military Verification
Acceptable verification documents include:
- DD-214 or DD-256
- LES (Leave and Earnings Statement)
- DFAS document
- TRICARE document
- Military ID card
- USAA or Navy Federal (NFCU) document
- GI Bill document
- Military discount card
What to Expect
Fast Verification
Most verifications are completed within minutes. In some cases, additional review may take up to 24–48 hours.
No Re-Verification
Once approved, the Military & Veteran Discount remains active and does not require re-verification.
Discount is applied
Once your verification is approved.
Plan Changes
Some updates may require assistance.
