Customers can receive collect calls from jails and or prisons. If the person placing the collect call has money on an account it will instruct you that you are receiving a prepaid call and ask if you wish to accept.  If the person placing the call has not prepaid for the call it will instruct you on how to enter a credit card in order to accept the call.
