This tool is only for devices that are not associated with an active Appalachian Wireless customer account. Current customers may request a device unlock by:
- - Logging in to your My Appwire account
- - Visiting a retail store
- - Calling customer service at 800-438-2355 or by dialing 611 on your Appalachian Wireless device

If you believe there has been an error or you need further assistance, please contact Customer Service at 800-438-2355 or by dialing 611 from your Appalachian Wireless phone.
You will need the verification code that we sent to your email to check the status. When you submitted your request you should have received a verification email that included a link you needed to click so your email could be verified. Once your email is verified you can use your IMEI and that verification code to check the unlock status of the IMEI.
